  • Take over rates not available during Christmas, New Years or Easter
  • Three (3) night minimum stay for 1 bedroom villas
  • Four (4) night minimum stay for 3 bedroom and boutique villas
  • Three (3) night minimum stay over holiday weekends
  • Five (5) night minimum stay between Christmas / new years
  • Each of the Halls has three bedrooms. The master features a king-sized bed; the other two bedrooms also contain kings, one of which can be split into two extended twins.
  • Wedding parties, family reunions, business retreats, and other groups may wish to reserve several villas–or even the entire resort! Call or email to inquire about multiple reservations.
  • The above rates do not include the 10% GCT tax (or the current rate at the time of your stay), Jamaican daily room tax of $1.00 US, or service charge. All rates are subject to change.
